Who I am. This website (alexandra-claes.mykajabi.com) is operated by Alexandra Claes, trading as Alexandra Claes Coaching Consulting Training, Am Wiwaweiher 2, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany ("I", "me"). VAT ID: DE320384645. I am the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach me at alexandra@alexandraclaes.com or +49 160 92402894.

What data I collect and why.
When you download a free resource or purchase a product: I collect your email address and, where you provide it, your name. This is used to deliver the resource or product you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR β€” performance of a contract) and, if you tick the subscription box, to send you my newsletter and related updates (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR β€” consent).

When you buy a paid product: payment is processed by Kajabi Payments / Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. I receive confirmation of the purchase, your email address and billing country, which I keep for order administration and statutory accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

When you book a conversation: bookings run through Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with me so the meeting can take place (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR β€” pre-contractual measures). Calendly's own privacy policy applies to their processing.

When you contact me by email or phone: I process the information you send me in order to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR β€” legitimate interest).

When you browse the site: Kajabi, my website platform, processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to display the site, keep it secure and provide me with aggregated visitor statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See the Cookie Notice for details.

Marketing emails. You only receive marketing emails if you have subscribed. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not affect access to anything you have downloaded or bought.

Who processes data on my behalf. I use a small number of service providers ("processors"): Kajabi LLC (website hosting, checkout, contact management and email delivery β€” based in the USA; transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), Stripe (payment processing) and Calendly (scheduling). I do not sell or rent your personal data, and I do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long I keep data.

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or after a prolonged period of inactivity. Invoicing and accounting records: 10 years (Section 147 AO); commercial correspondence: 6 years (Section 257 HGB). Other email correspondence: as long as needed for our exchange and reasonable follow-up.

Your rights.

Under the GDPR you can ask me at any time to: access the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you have given (without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal). You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, and to the use of your data for direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to alexandra@alexandraclaes.com and I will respond within one month. You additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for me is the Bayerisches Landesamt fΓΌr Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.

Children. This website and my services are directed at professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes. If I materially change this policy, I will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
